The Kings River Water Quality Coalition (Coalition) has been made aware that the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) has sent out enforcement warning letters to Coalition members that have not submitted either a Farm Evaluation Survey or a Nitrogen Management Summary Report to the Coalition by the March 1, 2017 deadline. If you have received a letter, please do the following:
- Check your records to see if you have completed the required forms or contact the coalition to see which forms you are missing
- Complete the forms immediately and submit them to the Coalition
- Maintain records at your place of business
The Coalition strongly advises all members to comply with the reporting obligations for their membership. Non-compliance can lead to severe enforcement actions by the Regional Board. If you had a third party prepare any documents for you, please contact them to check that it was submitted on your behalf
