Summer Newsletter 2025
Annual Outreach Participation Requirement
Did you miss participating in the KRWQC’s annual in-person or live webinar workshops for outreach credit? You can view the recording until November 30th via the Member Portal (kingsriverwqc.org/account) by selecting “Outreach”. If you represent more than one KRWQC member provide all associated Member IDs at the end of the video for credit.
Members, or a designated representative, are required to participate in one outreach activity annually, either in-person or online.
Reduce Online Payment Fees with ACH
Beginning this billing cycle, KRWQC members can choose a faster, more affordable way to pay online. ACH (bank-to-bank) payments are now available through the Member Portal—offering up to 90% savings on processing fees compared to credit
card payments.
A full-page insert with step-by-step instructions on how to setup ACH
will be included with your invoice.
NOTE: Checks are still an acceptable form of payment.
BENEFITS OF ACH

Payments typically clear within 1-2 business days
Secure
Transactions are processed through
the same encrypted network trusted for payroll and tax refunds.
Cost-Effective
A $200 invoice has an ACH fee under $1, versus $8.75 whenusing a credit card.
