October 17, 2013 – The Kings River Water Quality Coalition submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) on October 15 its application to serve as the third-party representing members in the Kings River Watershed. The application includes the Coalition’s boundary description, governance structure, and qualifications. Once the Regional Board approves the application, the Coalition will begin the process of enrolling new members into the program.
