Welcome to the Kings River Water Quality Coalition website!

The open enrollment period closed on May 19, 2014.  A post enrollment period process is now in place as required by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.  The first step to enroll is to complete the Post Enrollment Application.

A Coalition created by local growers within the Central Valley.

The Coalition represents farmers in the implementation of the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program, a new regulation established by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.
